Without engagement there is no learning. So, engagement is everything. Whether learning is self-paced on a screen, instructor led in-person, or some combination of the two, it must be as authentic as possible in order to engage adult learners who have taken their valuable time to participate in the learning experience.
Authentic learning experiences must reflect the complexity of the real world that the learner operates in. When the adult learner is included in the design process it ensures the relevance of the learning and in turn helps to assure it is engaging to the audience it serves.

My career is a journey to bridge the gap between complex information and unrealized potential with engaging learning experiences. From my early days as an educator and my first steps into the world of instructional design, I've honed my skills in needs analysis and content creation.

I collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs, craft compelling learning journeys, and translate them into impactful training programs. This includes designing everything from instructor-led workshops to interactive eLearning modules, ensuring each format delivers a unique and valuable learning experience.

I'm a data-driven designer who analyzes results, gathers feedback, and iterates to ensure my programs continuously meet the needs of both learners and the organization. I'm also a master of multiple platforms, fluent in tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia, ensuring your learning experience is seamless and engaging. New platforms and software don't intimidate me, they excite me, letting me tailor learning experiences to the latest technology.
