Everyone knows the struggle of deciphering complex information. My mission is to turn that struggle into moments of mastery. My career journey has led me from passionate educator to Senior Learning Experience Designer at U.S. Bank, where I bridge the gap between complex information and unrealized potential with engaging learning experiences.
Building on my foundation in education, I’ve honed my skills in needs analysis, content creation, and various instructional methodologies. At U.S. Bank, I wear many hats – collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, crafting compelling learning journeys, and translating them into impactful training programs.
The drive to learn and create meaningful learning experiences remains a constant throughout my career. Like you, I’m a lifelong learner, constantly evolving my skillset and embracing new technology. Whether I was teaching economics to seniors or designing courses for loan administrators, the joy of guiding learners towards “aha!” moments fueled my passion.
Now, as a Senior Learning Experience Designer, I leverage my experience to empower professionals in the corporate world. Working with subject matter experts to distill knowledge and translate it into engaging learning experiences is a dynamic and exciting process. My ultimate goal? To design and facilitate experiences that enable professionals to learn, grow, and leap forward in their careers, just like I have.
