This nomination is not about one project. Rebecca consistently goes above and beyond in her daily work. She has only been with the bank 10 months, but she hit the ground running. Immediately she took the initiative to improve many of the team’s processes, documentation and training initiatives. She has a knack for recognizing where a process can be improved. She has created spreadsheets, templates for emails, training documents and spreadsheets, which have made us productive and keeps things organized… In my almost 40 years of business, I have never seen an employee contribute so much in such a short time. – R.C.
